Refund Policy for The Global Model United Nations (MUN) Online Conferences Worldwide

The Global Model United Nations (MUN) Online Conferences Worldwide (“The Global MUN”) offers engaging and enriching online programs that allow participants to immerse themselves in a simulated United Nations experience. We are committed to providing a seamless and satisfactory experience to all our participants. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for our online programs.

Program Details:

The online programs offered by The Global MUN have a duration of 2 weeks. The cost of enrollment for each participant per season is $115.

Eligibility Criteria:

There are no specific conditions or eligibility criteria for participants to enroll in The Global MUN’s online programs beyond age. All individuals between the ages of 12 and 17 years interested in engaging in the simulated Model United Nations experience are welcome to participate.

Refund Requests:

Participants do not have the option to request a refund after enrolling in The Global MUN’s online programs, except in the following circumstances:

Event Suspension or Cancellation: If The Global MUN decides to suspend or cancel an online program, all participants will be eligible for a full refund minus a $15 administrative fee. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used by the participant.

Administrative Fee:

An administrative fee of $15 is associated with each enrollment. In the event of a refund due to program suspension or cancellation, this fee will be retained to cover administrative costs.

Participant’s withdrawal:

In the event of a participant withdrawing from any of our online programs, The Global MUN will allow one free registration transfer from one edition to another. Any subsequent changes will incur an additional fee totaling 50% of the current registration fee in order to transfer. All sales are final, no refunds will be granted for participants who withdraw from the program.

Refund Process:

In the event of a program suspension or cancellation, The Global MUN will communicate instructions on how to request a refund via email to all participants. Participants will be required to provide proof of purchase and/or the original invoice. The refund must be requested from the email address that was used for the purchase.

Program Cancellation:

Although it is highly unlikely, The Global MUN may be forced to cancel or postpone an online program due to events of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified via email with clear instructions on how to request a refund.

Exceptions:

There are no exceptions to this refund policy. All sales are considered final unless The Global MUN suspends or cancels an online program, in which case the refund process outlined above will apply.

Communication of Refund Policy:

The refund policy is available on The Global MUN’s website. Participants are encouraged to review the policy before enrolling in any online program.

By enrolling in The Global MUN’s online programs, participants agree to abide by the terms of this refund policy.
